The Circuit Court Clerk prepares and files all records of Circuit, Criminal, General Sessions and Juvenile Courts. This office also prepares dockets for all courts, collects fees and fines, and penalties. This office is elected county-wide every 4 years. The office is located on the second floor of the Courthouse.
