The Clerk and Masters office files and maintains all records of the Chancery Court.
The Clerk and Master also prepares Chancery Court dockets.
The collections of delinquent property taxes. Child supports payments. Conducts probate transactions.
Wills may be filed at the Clerk and Masters office by customer request.
The Clerk and Master is appointed by the Chancellor to serve a 6 year term.
The current Chancellor at this time is C.K. Smith of the 15th Judicial District.
The office is located on the first floor of the Courthouse.

Original or Certified Birth Certificate.
Legal State Photo Identifcation.
You may pick up your application at the Clerk and Masters office or visit www.travel.state.gov for downloads and additional information.
