Passport Applications

The Jackson County Chancery Court Clerk's office is now authorized to accept applications for U.S. Passports, according to Garry W. Jones, Clerk and Master of Jackson County.

We are excited about this new opportunity to serve Jackson County citizens, Our goal is to provide convenience, accessibility, and professional service to applicants.

The clerk's office will verify application information, establish identity, and collect the required fees. First time applicants must appear in person and submit a certified birth certificate as primary evidence along with 2 passport photos

The fees for a passport:

ROUTINE SERVICE (FORM DS-11)

EXPEDITED SERVICE (FORM DS-11 OR DS 82)

ADD $60.00 PER APPLICATION AND 2-WAY OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

The Clerk and Masters Office office is located on the first floor of the Courthouse at 101 E. Hull Ave in Gainesboro. Applicants may appear between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesdays
